Republican Women of Cleveland County
Affectionately known as WeROCC or (We Rock) began
forming a new federated charter in October 2012.
Fifteen women committed to being founding members of
the new charter.
We adopted a set of bylaws and elected officers and then
received our official charter in July 2013. Many women
have been members of past clubs, federated and non-federated. This club stands apart inasmuch as we want to
have fun! We utilize the skills and talents of all of the
members to meet our goals and objectives while having a
good time.

The WeROCC Club shares the same goals of the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican women to:

• Promote and Elect Republican candidates to public office.
• Train campaign leaders and volunteers
• Recruit and train women for public office and other leadership roles
• Educate members on legislative issues
• Promote the principles and policies of the Republican Party
• We put the PARTY in the Republican Party

We concentrate our efforts in the areas of educating,
communicating, recruiting, campaigning, and
fundraising.

National Federation of Republican Women

The National Federation of Republican Women is strong with numerous clubs in every state. We are a national grass-roots political organization and are one of the largest women’s political groups in the country. A woman becomes a member by joining her local club. She also becomes a member of the NCFRW. Once an auxiliary of the Republican National Committee (RNC), the NFRW is financially and organizationally independent today. However, the NFRW cooperates with and aids the Republican Party and is recognized by the RNC as an allied organization.
